Rippling Waters Resort - A Hidden Gem for Generations of Family Fun! We’ve been coming to Rippling Waters Resort for nearly 35 years — it’s truly our family’s happy place. What started as a vacation spot my parents took us to has become a cherished tradition we’ve now passed down to our own kids. So why do we keep coming back year after year? Simple — it feels like home. Through three generations of ownership, the resort has kept its warm, welcoming spirit alive. Each owner has made us feel like family, and the current owners, Chrissy and Andy, are no exception. They’re kind, hardworking, and genuinely care about creating a space where families can make lasting memories. We love the nostalgic charm of the older cabins and the laid-back, family-friendly vibe. It’s the kind of place where kids can safely run around, explore the beach, hang out in the game room, and fish off the docks while the adults soak up the sun, swim, and relax with music and laughter. The sunrises and sunsets over the lake are absolutely breathtaking, and you’re just a short drive or boat ride from the beautiful Ha Ha Tonka State Park — perfect for hiking and exploring natural springs and castle ruins. Located on the quieter side of the lake, it’s peaceful and less crowded — perfect for pontoon cruising or just unwinding by the water. Watching Chrissy and Andy not only improve the cabins and grounds, but also raise their own family here, makes it all the more special. You can tell they love what they do — and it shows. If you're looking for a place to unplug, unwind, and create lifelong memories with the people you love — Rippling Waters is the place. Once you go, you’ll understand why we’ve kept coming back for more than three decades.

This is such a quaint and cozy resort, right on the water with a beautiful view. The owners are very nice, and its just an awesome place to stay. My family stays there during our annual get together, and we explore the lake on the kayaks - weather was great and had an awesome time!

Spent a wonderful couple of days in cabin 2 for a sister's get-away to do some hiking and relaxing. Wonderful location and the property and the owners were amazing. Will definitely return.

We've been coming to this resort for over 34 years, by far the best location on the lake for a quiet stay on the water, rooms are steps from the dock and beach. Fishing from the bank for the kids is always fun and exciting, sometimes even a few big ones are landed from there. This is the calmer quieter end of the lake, feel comfortable taking your boat out any day of the week or just sun on the docks. State park cove with spring fed water to have a little cooler water in the heat of the summer is a bonus just a couple minute boat ride away. Two great golf courses are less than 5 minutes away and dinning either on the water or short drive offers many choices. The current owners (Chrissy and Andy) will do everything to make your stay special, we consider them family and even stop by to see them just to say hi when passing through the area.

Rippling Waters is what my wife and I expected and wanted for a truly waterfront comfy getaway. Affordable, clean, and simple. The hosts are genuinely pleasant folks. The setting is: cabins tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ten steps from our picnic table and toes are in the lake !

We took the kids down for the weekend and they had a blast. It was close to Ha Ha Tonka for hiking. They loved swimming in the lake. We loved having a quiet porch to hang out on while the kids slept inside. We plan to go back.

This a great getaway place in LOZ. It is more basic and not high end, but the owners are welcoming, there is amazing access to the lake and rooms that are right next to the water with some private old school cabins that are much more private than a multi-storied hotel or fancier resort. A favorite get away and get on the lake place. I had not been there for a while and it still has it's older basic charm at a very reasonable price. Definitely going back more often.
